Yes. The Capstone Plans are indemnity-based health and wellness plans prioritizing health. Plans have been specifically designed to satisfy the requirements of IRC Section 125 and other applicable IRS Codes. This program does not change or replace any existing employee benefit plan and can be in addition to what's already in place.
