Is this benefit "legal" ?
Yes. Capstone Plans are indemnity-based health & wellness plans prioritizing health. Plans have been specifically designed and satisfy the requirements of IRS Section 125 and other applicable IRS Codes. This program does not change or replace any existing employee benefit plan(s) but is in addition to what's in place.
Does this replace my current plan(s) ?
No. Capstone Plans do not disrupt or replace any existing Medical or Supplemental Plans. It's simply an enhancement to your current benefits for qualified employees..
